APbiosense provides medical examination gloves. While our products are manufactured to rigorous international standards (including AQL 1.5), the information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.

Purchasers are responsible for determining the suitability of APbiosense products for their specific intended use and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the use of medical devices in their specific setting.

2. Purchases and Payment

We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and local payment methods via our payment processor, Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without notice at any time.

3. Bulk Orders

Orders exceeding our standard retail quantities (typically 100 boxes) are considered bulk orders and are subject to separate wholesale agreements. Submission of a bulk inquiry does not constitute a binding contract until a formal quote has been accepted and payment terms agreed upon.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall APbiosense, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or products.
